“Broadmark began a journey with TAKGroup approximately 19 months ago that has taken us from a company in transition to being acquired by eNucleus, a public company. The team at Broadmark learned our business and structured approximate financings, always willing and available to do the tasks necessary to help the company fully execute their business plan. The business plan was to transition the company from a "services organization" to a "products company". When the company experienced a difficult period as a result of a significant downturn in revenue due to instability in Latin America where over 60% of our revenue was generated, the Broadmark team helped to reshape the company's strategies.
