This is our 30th year in business and we are seeing the world change. As much as we like exotic woods, the day is fast approaching when we must stop using them. They are not renewable and their removal destroys delicate inter-locking eco-systems that are struggling as it is. Fortunately the goverment in Costa Rica started a program about 20 years ago to encourage landowners to re-plant their property with teak.
