Bronze Craft Corporation is a privately held company which does not file reports with the SEC under Sections 13 (a) or 15 (d) of the Exchange Act. According to the SEC flowchart summary of the final rule, this rule does not apply to the Bronze Craft Corporation. However, Bronze Craft views the intent of the rule a worthy goal and has made country of origin inquiries with suppliers which provide products containing the mineral; Tin. The remaining minerals covered under the rule, Tungsten, Tantalum and Gold are not necessary to the functionality or production of our products.

Since 1944, The Bronze Craft Corporation has produced high quality window hardware and cast engineered products serving a variety of industries. Since 1944, Bronze Craft has been manufacturing high quality, custom-designed, non-ferrous casting products, ranging from very simple bronze and aluminum sand castings to fully fabricated assemblies. We specialize in white bronze hardware and custom-cast bronze and aluminum designs.

Since 1944, Bronze Craft has assisted our customers with casting design. Our design focus is to reduce costs while increasing performance. Bronze Craft's designs range from simple modifications of existing components, full historic reproductions, to custom designed hardware.
