Nancy Weber, MA , is a Brain Injury Case Manager and Clinical Assessor for Brookhaven Hospital. She completed her Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Tulsa. Nancy has prior experience working with adults at various agencies in Oklahoma as a Career Counselor and has specialized in working with at-risk and female offender populations.

Linda K, MA , is the Speech Language Pathologist for Brookhaven Hospital. She received a Bachelors degree and Masters degree from Oklahoma State University holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology. Linda brings many years of experience in working with acquired brain injury on several acute and post acute programs in Oklahoma and Texas. She also facilitates the Tulsa Chapter of the Oklahoma Brain Injury Association support groups.

Abby Duran, MS, LPC , is the Director of the Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute at Brookhaven. She completed her Master Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at Langston University. Abby is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has experience working at various agencies in Oklahoma. She also has worked with several branches of the military providing counseling support to the military and their families. Abby joined the Brookhaven staff April 2014.

Doug Graham is a Job Coach and Certified CPI Trainer. He has worked in the Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute at Brookhaven for over 10 years. Doug received his training at Rogers State University.

Liphard D’Souza, MD, is the Medical Director of Brookhaven’s Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute at Brookhaven. Dr D’Souza holds multiple board certifications in Neurology. He obtained his medical training at St. John’s Medical College in Bangalor, India, and was an Associate Professor at Oral Roberts University School of Medicine at the City of Faith Hospital. He has worked in hospital, agency and private practice settings for over 32 years.
