Description

Our products are made with the finest flours, grains, water, shortening, salt, sugar, and yeast. Some of our products contain nuts and all of our products are prepared in a facility where nuts are used. We consider all of our products to conain gluten, as wheat flour (which contains gluten) is used liberally in our facility and can be present in products even when wheat flour is not directly used to make them. Brooklyn Bread Company is not kosher.
