Brookwood Financial Partners, L.P. (“Brookwood”) announced that Medtronic, Incorporated, a leading global medical technology company that develops and manufactures products and therapies designed to diagnose, prevent and monitor chronic conditions, has renewed its leases for 137,712 square feet at 35 and 37 Cherry Hill Drive in Danvers, MA. The Medtronic buildings are part of a nine-building portfolio in Cherry Hill Corporate Center totaling 601,889 square feet owned by Brookwood affiliates Brookwood Cherry Hill I, LLC and Brookwood Cherry Hill II, LLC (“Brookwood Cherry Hill”). Medtronic relocated to Cherry Hill from the Cummings Center in Beverly in 2004 and by virtue of this renewal remains a key tenant in the vibrant Cherry Hill community. “We are very excited to continue our relationship with Medtronic in what was a very active year of leasing at Cherry Hill,” stated Thomas N. Trkla, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brookwood. “Since the fourth quarter of 2008,” he continued, “Brookwood Cherry Hill has executed new leases or expansions for 89,633 square feet and renewed tenants leasing 164,798 square feet.
