Richard Browdy, joining the company in 1978, is a life director of the National Association of Home builders and is the Residential Contractor appointed by the Governor to the Florida Building Commission. In addition, in 1998 Mr. Browdy was awarded the Silver Medallion by the National Conference of Community & Justice as the Humanitarian of the Year. He was named Builder of the Year 2001 by the Northeast Florida Builder's Association. Maintaining Browdy & Browdy's high standards of quality and on-time project completion is Certified Building Contractor, David Rinzler, who brought his talents to our team in 1984.
