Brown & Tarantino, LLC is a law firm that focuses its practice on defending parties against claims of malpractice or negligence. We have three fully-staffed offices in New York State. Our attorneys have appeared in the courtrooms of virtually every one of New York's 60-plus counties, including Erie, Monroe, Westchester, Niagara, and Onondaga, as well as the five boroughs of New York City. We also represent health care professionals subject to investigations and disciplinary proceedings by the Department of Health. While our professional focus is on the defense of civil litigation claims, we also handle other legal matters such as formation of partnerships and corporations, client buy/sell arrangements, leases, real estate transactions, lien filings, foreclosures, and contract disputes. In addition, we provide counsel to families of children with special needs in both education and school law.
