As Warranty Manager, he led a team of warranty analysts responsible for company-wide warranty administration. Rob earned a certification as a 6 Sigma Black Belt and has worked with company leadership on strategic planning and continuous process improvement initiatives. Prior to 1995 he was employed by a large tire manufacturer where his positions included Credit Analyst, Accountant and Assistant Credit and Finance Manager.
