Our business is automotive repair, but at the heart of it all is customer service. It's true we employ only the finest automotive technicians to perform all the repair and service work on your car; even the oil changes. All of our automotive technicians are fully trained and certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). These credentials include the Master Technician designation, which requires ongoing training and testing on the latest automotive technology. In addition to top-notch technicians, we have front-office personnel who are specialists in customer service. Our Service Advisors are ASE Certified also. This means that as they explain the maintenance and service items on your car, you can be assured they know what they are talking about - and they take the time to tell you. Additional customer service personnel are available to schedule appointments and answer questions. For whatever reason your car is in our care, you can be assured you will be treated with respect and honesty. We strive to do the job right the first time at a fair price.
