We would like to introduce our company to yours! Buck's Transport Systems is a family owned and operated business celebrating our 18th year in business. We specialize in receiving, storing, prepping, and professionally installing furniture with white-glove treatment for interior designers. Upon arrival of your furniture to our warehouse, it will be inspected. If it is damaged and the damage is serious, we will refuse the item. You will be notified that day and the claim will be filed in your name with the freight carrier. If there is minor damage, repairs can be preformed on location, free of charge to you, the manufacturer (if defective), or the freight company. We often take photos of damaged/defective goods & can email them to your company and/or the manufacturer. We will note any defects or damages on the shipper's Bill of Lading and have the driver sign for it. You will be faxed or called regarding every item received. When your furniture has been received, we will fax or call you to set up delivery. If you would like us to hold the item, we offer 30 days free and after that it's a dollar a day per item. We also offer Mohawk Fabric Guard. This is a protection for upholstered goods that has a seven (7) year warranty against stains, soil, rips, and burns. We apply it in the warehouse prior to delivery. It is a wonderful product. If you would like more information about it, please ask. Deliveries are made by professional, courteous, and experienced personnel. The owner is one of those professionals at delivery 99% of the time! Shipping to us is simple! Just give the shipper our address and please make sure they tag your items with your design firm name, client's name and your telephone number. Our storage facility is a clean, dry, climate-controlled warehouse in a very safe location. Ask us about subleasing space for your inventory!
