Buck Stop Archery is located in south central Illinois, about 80 miles east of St. Louis, Missouri. Click Here for a map and driving directions to our store. Jon and Leah Washburn started Buck Stop Archery in 1993. Jon a Bowhunter himself, felt there was a need for an archery shop in the area that carried a full line of Bowhunting equipment. With a lot of hard work and customer support the store has grown tremendously over the past nine years and is now one of the most completely stocked archery shops in Illinois. Buck Stop was one of the first shops to have the Dart Target System. The video target system has been improved over the years and we have just upgraded the system with a new Video projector which makes the scenes brighter and even more realistic. We also have a 30 yard indoor range for shooting paper targets and an Outdoor 3-D range. Click Here to see the 3-D shoot schedule. The outdoor range also has large elevated shooting platforms for shooters that want to practice shooting from simulated treestand positions. We carry a large selection of bows and archery accessories from Hoyt, PSE, Mathews, Parker, Easton, Muzzy, Scent Lok Clothing, Mossy Oak, artwork from Wild Wings and many more.
