The past twelve months had proven to be very unpredictable for the propane markets. Propane has changed in the last five years from being a North American market to a Global market. Up until approximately four years ago, the United States was a net importer of propane. However, as a result of new found Natural Gas Liquids reserves in shale rock, large producers in the United States have built large export terminals which have changed the flow of US producers from importing propane to exporting propane.
