Attorney Gerald A. Roisman was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1962. He was admitted to practice before the Federal Courts, i.e., District Court of Appeals, U.S. Supreme Court. Former Special Prosecutor for the 13th Circuit Court. Member of the Hartford County, Connecticut and American Bar Associations and their Family Law Sections. Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (former national Vice President). Founding Member of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Diplomate of American College of Family Trial Lawyers. Member of the Sports Lawyers Association. Selected as one of two original Special Masters in Connecticut’s Pilot Program to mediate contested family law cases and continued for over 35 years.

Mr. Budlong has served as an Editor of The Connecticut Bar Journal, Chair of The Hartford County Family Bar Committee (several terms), taught Family Law and been principal panelist on several continuing legal education seminars. He has appeared on local television and radio numerous times not to mention national broadcasts on ESPN (legal commentary on the first baseball strike) and as a guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show on a number of occasions.

Senior partner C. Michael Budlong has over thirty years experience in the practice of law, including acting as a Special Master in both family and personal injury cases.
