Colin Guinn, Founding Partner, thrives on innovating business processes that allow Build Design Print to provide custom home builders across the country with the most effective avenues to show off their beautiful works of art! He started his own company selling long distance services for Excel Telecommunications at the age of 15, and he’s been an entrepreneur ever since…setting a number of state and national records along the way. Colin graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003 with a BS in Corporate Communications and a Minor in Business.Craig Nehrkorn, Founding Partner, is responsible for day-to-day operations. He brings more than 9 years of experience to the company after working for Southwestern, Sprint, and Microsoft. His time with Microsoft included building a small lead generation business that partnered with Microsoft VARs nationwide. He occasionally tries to avoid work by hiding out on his Catalina 25; but with limited success as most of Lake Travis has cell phone coverage. Craig earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.Jamie Wheal, Consulting Partner, draws on a deep background in progressive building, marketing and strategy to offer custom homebuilders leading insights into growing their businesses. A founder and principal in Renaissance Homes, Jamie built a boutique company specializing in Green restorations of historic properties in California, Colorado and the mid-Atlantic combining Craftsman and Victorian styling with contemporary, value-engineered interior floor plans and systems. As an organizational consultant, he helps founding CEO/owners balance working on their business and working in their business to develop the systems and strategies to take their company to the next level of profitability and performance.Phil Hammel, Art & Photo Director, is an accomplished designer & photographer with more than 10 years of experience building brands and documenting the architecture-construction-interior design industry in numerous cities: Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Seattle.
