Bob joined the company as managing partner in August 2001. He has more than 28 years of manufacturing experience with two large corporations. For 15 years he worked for Cherry Burrell Corporation in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, leaving as Plant Superintendent of this $100 million manufacturer of capital equipment for the food, dairy, and beverage industries. His customers included such giants as Proctor and Gamble, Tropicana, Anheiser-Busch, and R. P. Sherer. For the past 13 years, Bob was Vice President of Operations with Chamberlain Manufacturing Corporation in Scranton, Pennsylvania. His responsibilities included production, maintenance, engineering, and environmental issues for this $70 million company who engineered processes and manufactured goods for the Department of Defense and for the oil and gas drilling industries.
