We decided to hire Building Renewal Inc. after some storm damage occurred to our home and detached buildings and they knocked on our door, selling their services. The salesperson gave the right answers so we met with Greg and are very happy with the results. The process was very well communicated; the customer service while working with our Mortgage Company was very helpful and the subcontractors knew what needed to be done because of Greg’s instructions. We will refer Building Renewal Inc. and have already written the following referral for this company to Angie’s list. The work on our home was completed in July, 2011. We would hire Building Renewal Inc. again They put on a new metal roof, sided one of my buildings, repaired siding on another building and he subcontracted out some painting for us. He did a ton of work for us. This company actually found me. They noticed some down trees in my yard after a storm and made contact with me by providing a brochure listing their services. The owner’s name is Greg Powers. He is a real stand up guy and has an eye that you wouldn’t believe.
