ACCESS. Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the arranged collection day. If the equipment is inaccessible so that the scheduled pick up cannot be made, The BullBag will promptly notify the Customer and afford the Customer a reasonable opportunity to provide the access and reschedule the service, however, The BullBag will charge an additional fee for Customer’s failure to provide initial and safe access.

USE OF CONTAINER — You are responsible for compliance with all state, Federal and local laws, rules and regulations, and for properly using, and loading the Container in accordance with the instructions on the product package, on the Container itself, and those set forth on the BullBag Web Site from time to time. The Container is to be filled and stored within 15 feet of truck location for pickup. It must be away from overhead wires, tree branches or enclosures. You may only use the Container for items permitted in the Instructions on the BullBag and the Filling guidelines on the BullBag Web Site. You are responsible for the contents of the Container (including hazardous waste, explosive materials, and biohazardous materials. These materials are NOT permitted within the container.. You may only use the Container as permitted in the instructions included with the Container. Collection and disposal fees are not included in the purchase price of the Container. Pricing is located on the website or by calling the BullBag and inquiring. You are responsible for all collection and disposal fees.
