Paul Cook has owned and operated commercial and residential real estate in the Greater Ocean City area for over 20 years. Recently retired from Verizon after more than 30 years of service, Paul has worked in and under almost every property in Worcester County. He is active in the local community, devoted to family and church, and has served on many boards and organizations in the area. Paul's volunteer work has included the PTA, Berlin Lions Club, Ocean City Optimist, church and town advisory boards.

Jeanne Hand has been a resident of the area for over 20 years. During that time she and her husband have raised their children, and run a successful land planning and development business. Looking to explore other avenues, Jeanne decided that real estate was the logical next step given her expertise.
