We are a family business owned and operated for over 30 years. My family has been in the meat business for almost 80 years and my brother and I are the 4th generation to be involved in the business.

Using our knowledge of over 80 years grinding different cuts of beef, we only purchase the highest quality and freshest raw materials the market has to offer. Our company’s ideaology is a commitment to quality and service which has been passed down from generation to generation. Our customers are our number one priority.
