As the need for new and enhanced K-12 facilities has grown in our region, so has BDA's commitment and growth in this field. We are rapidly becoming an innovative leader with clients and projects throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. Our staff has transformed schools and their campuses by implementing inventive, environmentally conscious yet cost effective designs. In addition to our PlanCON experience, we are accustomed to working with tight budgets and within tight schedules.

BDA has nine LEED AP’s on staff who have a depth of experience in the design of sustainable buildings to meet the different levels of LEED certification as defined by the United States Green Building Council. They are always available to discuss with our clients’ specific elements of sustainable design as well as what level of sustainable design might be most appropriate for specific projects and budgets.

They have experts in every area on hand to answer questions. But even though these folks are all very knowledgeable, they aren't in any way pushy.
