Co-Founder in 1988 of the Albany, NY based law firm Burke & Casserly, P.C., Timothy E. Casserly, Esq., CFP® concentrates his practice in Elder Law, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, and Corporation and Business Succession Planning. In addition to providing legal services, as a Certified Financial Planner, Tim is also able to provide wealth management and advisory services to his clients.

Susan is a board member of the Capital Area Council of Churches, an Albany established ecumenical organization focused on local charitable projects. Susan has most recently been voted on as a board member for Senior Services of Albany, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing low-cost, high-quality services and programs to our local Capital Region older adults and caregivers, with an emphasis on enhancing quality of life and fostering independence.
