That is completely up to you. We believe in providing excellence in service. Therefore, we believe you will want to use our services for all your pest control needs simply because we exceed expectations and have been a part of the Rockford community since 1937.

For commercial customers, we are more than willing to provide you with a verbal or written proposal. Our commercial contracts are for a period of one year and then go month to month. However, we believe in providing excellence. If, for any reason, you feel that we can not adequately meet your needs, all you do is provide us with a 30 day written notice of intent to cancel. We, of course, will be contacting you just to make sure there is nothing we can do to meet and exceed your expectations, but with the current economy, sometimes things just change and finances are no longer available.

Green service is an interactive process between pest management professionals and you. It’s your environment, so you set the standard or pest threshold. The need to eliminate all insects, even beneficial ones, is a matter of personal preference. Our team will evaluate the cause of your particular pest problem and come up with a plan to address the situation in a way to lessen the environmental impact on all non-target species. Whether we use solely organic pesticides or not, all our services are green friendly.
