Burr White Realty is a boutique-style, full service real estate office specializing in the sales of oceanfront, bayfront and peninsula properties. Founded in 1967, Burr White Realty has been selling property here for over 40 years. Please visit our dedicated sales office at 1501 West Balboa Blvd. on the corner of the 15th Street intersection.

Cheryl has been a valued member of the Burr White Team since 2006, and is currently one of our Senior Vacation Planners who is committed to finding you a property suited to your family size, within your budget. Her family has resided on the Peninsula since the 1940’s but her early childhood years were lived in Carthage, Missouri. Cheryl has experience working in Manufacturing Operations Management, and takes great care in providing you with excellent service. When Cheryl is off the clock you can find her travelling all over the world.

As a Senior Vacation Planner at Burr White since 2004, Jane has helped thousands of families locate a perfectly suited property for their holiday, attentive of their needs and wishes. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and as a resident of the Newport Peninsula since 1986, you might call her a local guru. In Jane’s free time she enjoys cooking, climbing tall buildings competitively, and walking her two dogs. Her favorite beach activities are body surfing and soaking up the sun.

Diane is a Senior Vacation Planner, and has been a dedicated member of the Burr White team since 2000. She has a has worked in the hospitality industry for over 18 years, and as a local of Southern California, Diane has a wealth of knowledge about the area, guiding families to the perfect beach house for the last 12 years. Her favorite part of working in the Vacation department is meeting families at check in and experiencing their excitement. When she’s off the clock, you can find her spending time with her family. Her favorite beach activity is relaxing on the sand in the sun.

The longevity and recognition Burr White Realty enjoys has not been achieved easily or by accident.
