The company publishes Living Out East Magazine (incorporating Living Healthy with Doctors Health Journal) and assists businesses and professional practices to market their services and products.Business Legend Builders is the principal operating group public of Heuristics Business Help, Inc., a firm which has been doing corporate public relations, public affairs and business journalism since the early 1980’s.The company started as Achievement Consultants in the 1980’s when the principal, Jeffrey R. Orenstein, Ph. D. was an Associate Professor at a Midwestern university and did corporate and public sector consulting while editing and publishing Public Policy Watch, a corporate public affairs newsletter with Fortune 500 Clients. He retired as a full professor in 1994. The firm moved to Boca Raton, Florida in 1995 and opened its new corporate headquarters in Lakewood Ranch, Florida in 1999.
