Oversaw multiple Theory of Constraint based implementations resulting in an estimated $5 million in additional billings for the subject fiscal year. Served as manufacturing lead for Enterprise Resource Planning system implementation at a $30 million drug manufacturing facility. Led development of all inventory control definitions and standards. Experienced with pharmaceutical, automotive, and consumer goods industries. Over five years as assistant program manager for an engineering, technical, and management services contractor. Provided logistics support for multiple U.S. Navy weapon system programs. Developed labor-tracking database for over 1,000 employee NAVSEA activity. Performed valuations and related analyses for economic valuation and mergers and acquisitions firm. Valuation experience includes clients in construction, wholesale equipment, professional service, and distribution. Valuations include application of the going concern, net asset, and market comparable approaches as well as modeling, analysis, and forecasting of economic, industry, and company-specific factors.
