Description

Our staff includes a number of experts adept at working with most insurance and funding sources. While reimbursement procedures and guidelines vary from state to state, we do work with most insurance providers, and specialized funding entitlements such as those provided by Early Intervention programs, respite resources, and school districts. We are also a TRICARE provider, contracted to meets the needs of military families raising children evidencing developmental challenges.

The focus is on functional skills development . Early intervention services are delivered in the child’s natural environment. We support him or her at home, in the classroom, and in the community. For several hours every week, we provide regularly scheduled sessions that provide each child with the kind of consistent support that gradually facilitates as much independent behavior as each is ready to handle. We motivate them with abundant positive reinforcement, constantly praising the use of new skills and socially appropriate behaviors.

At Butterfly Effects , case management is all about collaboration. We provide you with 24/7 web access to progress notes as well as written and video documentation via our user-friendly online platform. Through the platform, you will be able to readily share interventions with other team members and a host of educational material.

At Butterfly Effects, we provide ABA-based therapy services to all three TRICARE regions – North, South, and West. Our highly advanced online platform keeps all of your records intact and accessible, and your entire treatment team perpetually up to speed, no matter how often you are transferred.
