Steve has been in real estate consulting, medical development, commercial and residential projects for over 15 years. Early on, Steve was mainly involved with residential subdivision design & development. In the last several years, Steve has focused on the commercial segment with medical development and consulting. Steve has developed in several cities on projects ranging from an 80 acre subdivision to a retail strip center to a free standing emergency room. He has experience with public-private partnership projects using TIFs & PIDs including serving on a TIF board of directors.
