She prides herself on providing excellent customer service and building relationships with every client. Her goal is to let each client know that they are important to the agency and will be treated that way. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and fiance. Camping and basically doing anything outdoors.

As an attorney dealing with insurance for over 14 years, Rita gained tremendous insight into many aspects of the insurance industry. As co-owner of a dump truck company, she understands the day to day issues involved in running a commercial trucking business. We are happy to have Rita as an agent who dedicates her time to help our clients with issues that arise from initial coverage to claims. She is fluent in Spanish and really enjoys the customer service aspect of her position at Bye Insurance Services.
