We approach each project with the intent to incorporate as many sustainable design elements as the constraints of the project allow, maximizing the value for our clients while reducing the building’s environmental footprint.

CBE Utilities was called into providing these services after the building was well into construction and called upon to not only perform the design work in the streets, but to facilitate the energizing of the building in timely manner, demonstrating the understanding of both the project needs and utilities requirements while being totally mindful of construction and energizing schedules to help successfully meet the Temporary Conditional Occupancy and Commissioning dates requirements.
