C&H Baseball has been selling portable batting cages and fielding screens to professional baseball teams for more than 25 years. In 1968, the hitting coach from the Pittsburgh Pirates designed a portable batting cage made from aluminum pipe. C&H was contracted to manufacture the first aluminum portable batting cage from the design. Since then, C&H has become the dominant supplier of portable batting cages and fielding screens to major league teams. During the first 20 years, the company was known as C&H Welding. We concentrated on manufacturing and selling portable batting cages and fielding screens. Three cage models were developed and two lines of screens were manufactured to meet the needs of professional, college, and high school baseball teams. In 1992, C&H Welding became C&H Baseball.
