Kumar Rajan founded Cimsoftek in 1992 before merging the operations with Compunix, Inc. to form CCE in 2000. Before founding Cimsoftek, Kumar was the Director of Software Development at the U.S. unit of Dassault Systems, one of the leading providers of CAD/CAM/CAE products. He was one of the earliest developers of CATIA, working at the Paris headquarters of Dassault Systems.

Kishore has more than 20 years of experience in Engineering Services and Software Development and prior to joining CCE, he was leading the software development efforts at Alstom and GE. Now, Kishore plays a key role in the functioning of CCE's three groups in India, Engineering Services, Manufacturing Services and Software Development. In 1998, S.N. Kishore was instrumental in setting up the Indian operations of CCE and for the past 15 + years been responsible for its growth.
