Phil founded CAMCO (Community Association Management Company) to serve the management needs of condominium, homeowner associations and apartments. Today, CAMCO serves more than 15,000 units in suburban and high rise buildings. A primary reason for CAMCO's continuing success is dedication to providing a quality service at a fair prices. Prior to founding CAMCO, Phil was Vice President of The Korman Corporation where he directed a division that was responsible for the construction, management and sales of more than 1,000 homes annually.

CAMCO has managed Society Hill Towers for more than thirty years and we are enormously proud of this accolade from the man who built some of the world's most outstanding twentieth century buildings. I. M. Pei's observation of CAMCO's management ability is just as applicable to each of CAMCO's client properties. Our ability is reflected in the longevity of our clients. More than half our clients have been with CAMCO for more than fifteen years and one third have been with CAMCO for more than twenty years.
