Description
Provide proposals development, management and coordination to the DOE Business Unit. Prepare compliance checklists, capture plans, coordinate proposal preparation, technically review and edit team member submittals. Supervise the Volumes I, II preparation and ensure Volume III submittals are compliant to DOE requests for proposals.
