The CCRO holds in person meetings and tele/video conferences regularly all year long. Our general rule is that we have a meeting every-other month alternating between The Woodlands, TX and Washington, DC. A break in the Summer and an occasional extra meeting result in typically 6-7 session per year. At right are links to our more recent meetings past, and to the draft agendas for future meetings we have planned. The past meeting links allow members to re-visit the details regarding those meetings that they may have missed or about which they wish to recall some information. Our capabilities are rapidly expanding in this valuable search/archive service for members such that we are beginning to include any presentations, speaker contact details, reference material, podcasts, transcripts, video, and more from our past sessions. Watch for member bulletins highlighting these new features... The future meetings planned reflect our best effort to "pin-down" the details as far in advance as we can. We generally set dates fairly firm for four-meetings rolling forward, with another two meetings forward being our best guess. While our members need to plan & book logistics well in advance, they also appreciate that the CCRO meetings are very much "on-topic" for current issues because their agendas are very much dynamic up to the date of the meeting. Our agenda reflects whatever issues that members are asking the CCRO to table for discussion & development.
