All CCW associates are required to submit to background criminal, driving and substance abuse checks, in addition to random drug testing after employment. Associates also agree to submit to testing you and your customers may require prior to and during the period we are on your job site. CCW has and enforces a dress code and code of conduct. Knowing that we are representatives of you and your company, professional appearance, attitudes, and actions are an important part of our services. We treat your customers like they are our customers, because they are. With over 30 years in electronic systems, working as a technician, system designer, project manager, account rep, and manager, I know the importance of customer relations and satisfaction. I have also learned that project schedules are up and down with no or little work and then more than can be accomplished in the expected time frames. During the heavy project times is when the service calls seem to multiply, and trying find a reliable subcontractor for assistance that was reliable, professional, and understood what was required was next to impossible. That problem has now been solved - CCW Services is willing, ready, and able to provide assistance with completing your projects on schedule by performing the non-technical portion of your installations. This will allow you to schedule your technicians for the tasks that you have invested time and resources training them to do.
