I just wanted to say a special thank you for the wonderful job that your company did in replacing my tile. It is absolutely beautiful! The tile that I had before was terrible. I was so embarrassed by it that I stopped inviting friend over for parties. I didn't want them to see the job that I had settled for as a result of their work. I really appreciate the expertise of your work. I know it took a lot more effort to get rid of the previous tile than was expected. In fact one company started on it and cancelled expressing that they would prefer not to handle it. Thanks to C.C. Tile, I have a beautiful new tile floor that I would be proud to have anyone see. I am sorry about the problem with the grout color. We had no idea that it would turn out so pink. I strongly suggest that someone approaches the grout manufacturer and have the name changed from "camel" to perhaps "salmon." Or perhaps let the people that have ordered it know that it has a tendency to show up pink. Either way, thank you so much for following through with a beautiful solution the problem. I would also like to say a special thank you for the integrity and expertise of your employee, Todd.
