As the owner, President and CEO of CDG, my focus is dedicated to enhancing CDG's value equation in the billing marketplace. We understand our vendor partnership role and seek new and enhanced ways to satisfy a shared goal of revenue optimization. We continue to improve our products to reflect industry changes and the demands of our customers to bring the best and most efficient products to market. As a former RLEC COO, I understand clients' operational needs and obligations and keep an eye toward efficient management with emphasis on achieving shared objectives.

In my role as CIO I work with other senior managers to determine CDG's business objectives, define a product technology vision to meet those business objectives, clearly communicate that vision to CDG staff and work with them to turn the vision into reality. My focus is to continue educating myself in areas that enable me to perform my duties to the highest degree possible and to effectively communicate CDG's and our customers' business objectives to our staff, so they understand not only what needs to be done, but why.

In today's market, being able to provide wireless services to your customers has become almost essential in order to position your company as a provider of the services your customers demand and to improve customer retention by increasing your service footprint. CDG's invoicing solution, MBS, is a highly flexible, full-service modular system for billing dynamic telecommunications environments. MBS is available as a full-service solution for online or licensed billing. Customized delivery methods, including fufillment services, are also available.

Our hosted backup solution allows you to replicate your data securely over the Internet while protecting it and ensuring continuity of service in the event of data loss. We'll also work with you to determine the advantages and benefits of providing backup services to your customers.
