CDS Ensembles has been a responsible, US-based home textile manufacturer for over 20 years. Our knowledge of manufacturing and the retail supplier process for this industry is unsurpassed.

CDS Ensembles offers many (standard pack) and custom warehousing and distribution options for our partners. Our plant is serviced by 14 shipping and receiving docks and can ship finished goods directly to your retail customer or your own distribution centers. Our staff has been shipping to some of the largest retail customers for over 15 years and we use this experience to help our customers successfully service the most demanding American retailers.

We specialize in making your product manufacturing friendly, preserving your design intent and quality requirements, at the best possible price point.

By default we use only the highest quality staples in all our fiber blends. However, if your customer can accept an off-color fiberfill, there are opportunities to exploit spot market staple prices and lower your costs substantially. CDS will work with you to determine if and how your product can use a lower cost staple components without any degradation in customer-perceived quality.

Over 50 years experience in the textile industry and considered by most to be one of the legendary figures in home textile productions. Some of his many accomplishments include: Founder Embtex Embroidery, The permier producer until its sale in 1979. Introduced computerized quilting into the U.S. with the launch of Carolina Creations. Started CDS Ensembles in 1990. It has become the largest contract producer of decorative bedding in the US.
