Over the years, the term "Mastering," has in some circles, been defined as making a mix louder. Although that's not what mastering really is, it's what many are referring to when contacting us to have their music mastered. For a variety of reasons, they don't require mastering, they just want the levels raised. For those clients, we have developed a "Level Boost" service. This service is not to be confused with the professional mastering service we provide elsewhere on this site. This service is limited to raising the overall level of a mix.

For a CD replicator to accept a CDR master, it must be within their specifications as outlined in the preceding link. You can be sure that our Audio CDR masters are properly prepared and are well within the specifications of CD replicators. When choosing this option, we provide you with written documentation on the quality of your master. The sound quality of your replicated CDs will be identical whether you choose a DDP Image file, or an Audio CDR as your replication master.

Below is a list of selected clients that we've worked with since we began in 1985. When visiting the web sites of our clients and listening to their music samples, be advised that you are listening to mp3, AAC files, etc. In some cases, these music samples may have gone through additional processing by the web host. Samples will be of lesser quality than the mastered versions because of the data compression used by these formats.

Bob began his audio career after his education in the field of communications at the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago. It was during his education that he further developed his love of audio and it directed his career path. Early in his career, Bob's main focus was recording live venues. In addition, he spent many years in radio program production. Bob was the producer of the very popular "Jim Kirkwood Radio Program" which aired on several Chicago area radio stations. In the early eighties, Bob began to edit and restore old recordings.
