The owners of CD PAVING & SEAL COATING are Charles Dougherty Sr, 55 years old and a 3rd generation paving contractor, and Charles Dougherty JR, 30 years old and a 4th generation paving contractor. Charles Sr has been in the paving industry for over 45 years. He knows all there is to know about paving wether you need a new road, drive way or parking lot, Charles Jr has grown up in the business from child hood. He takes what he knows from the old school ways of working in this industry and mixes them with modern day technology to bring a great wealth of wisdom to take on any paving project you would throw at him. Together these men of skill make a outstanding duo along with there great team. They do all forms of paving services like Hot Mix Paving, Hot Mix Over Lays, Asphalt patching, asphalt seal coating, grading & Excavating, Dirt & Gravel work.

It is such a durable and economical pavement that BST is used on hundreds of miles of the Texas Highway and other similar roadways in Texas. Ease of application is one reason for BST's popularity, along with flexibility, attractive appearance, durability, ease of maintenance and extremely competitive price . BST is also used as a sealing coat to rejuvenate asphalt or concrete pavement. It generally consists of aggregate spread over a sprayed-on asphalt emulsion.
