C.D. Smith Construction, Inc. was recently honored for over 50 years of membership to the Wisconsin Association of General Contractors (AGC). Patrick Smith, Secretary of the Board of Directors for C.D.

The facilities on the left have been LEED Certified by USBC, however, C.D. Smith has worked with several clients who are currently seeking LEED certification for their facilities, are considered LEED equivalent, and/or have LEED sustainable features incorporated into their design and construction. In the event that some projects are LEED equivalent, some owners have elected not to pursue certification.

We understand that value is a very important component in successful projects. As a general contractor, we have broad based experience in both self-performing and managing the labor intensive trades that drive the schedule. C.D. Smith will bid all work on a project - including the work we would propose to self-perform. Our priority is to ensure the owner is receiving the best value.
