During the past several years, we have observed that as some dealers go out of business and other dealers refuse to handle parts other than company parts, (I.E. Deere, Case-IH, etc.) our dealer base in certain areas is forcing us to re-evaluate our marketing strategy. To that end, we are implementing a sales policy that will, in designated areas only, allow us to sell direct to the end user, and, as a result of our purchasing and manufacturing capabilities, allow us to be very competitive in that marketplace.
