Mr. Otremba joined CHEC Management Systems Inc. in December 2012 as the Vice President of Engineering Operations. He brings to the company broad experience in project engineering and management having worked at Caltrans for over 17 years and with the City of Redding for 10 years.

Mr. Curtis is dedicated to helping professionals in the pavement industry understand all phases of pavement life, from design principles to construction management techniques, to rehabilitation treatments.
