Our Venture Partners are important team members who help evaluate and provide advice on potential investments. The Venture Partners also serve as independent board members of select portfolio companies and provide, when appropriate, consulting, management and advisory services to our companies on a case-by-case basis. David Steffy David holds a B.A. from Ohio State University and a Masters of Health Administration from University of Southern California. He has over 30 years of success as a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and investor.

Our Approach CHL Medical Partners is one of the few investment firms focused on early stage investments in healthcare services. We invest early in a company's development, often at the seed or start-up phase. We are typically the lead investor, structuring the financing and helping to build a long-term syndicate of co-investors. If necessary, we take an interim management role in our seed investments, setting corporate goals and hiring operating staff.
