Dr. Moran has more than 20 years of experience in organizational performance improvement. She has extensive experience in multi-cultural organizational change, designing team-based organizations, change management, customer loyalty, and executive coaching. She applies her knowledge in a wide range of industries and organizational levels. Dr.brings the unique perspective of someone with broad business, leadership, and consulting experience. He has led sales organizations, product groups, consulting organizations, and international teams. He has partnered with over 60 organizations on a broad span of topics including Organization Design and Effectiveness, Change Management/Culture Change, Learning and Performance Strategy, Executive and Leadership Development, and HR Strategy and Development. He has worked with organizations across 5 continents and lived in Europe, Australia and throughout the United States.
The workshop will be led by Greg Kesler and Amy Kates , organization designers who consult to a wide range of global companies and organizations. In addition to guiding leaders through design decisions, they both teach organization design. They are also both editors of the journal People & Strategy.
