Jack has been with the company for over 12 years and leads the business development team and the building of lasting relationships with large companies across the U.S. With nearly 20 years in the industry, Jack has a wealth of experience working with employers to streamline their forms management process. Jack is driven by learning about each company's specific needs and the needs of their team members. His personal goal for each client is to improve their processes, resulting in the reduction of waste. Jack is originally from Minnesota but moved south to the warmer climate of Chicago.

Jeff has been steering the CIC Plus ship for over 13 years. CIC Plus was created as part of CIC Enterprises, which was founded by his father. Jeff has 19 years of experience in HR and payroll data management. He enjoys finding new solutions for clients and seeing CIC Plus team members work together to make it happen. Jeff also enjoys playing with his kids, woodworking, and warm weather biking.

Danny has been with CIC Plus for over 3 years. With 13 years of industry experience, he’s had the pleasure of having thousands of conversations regarding online forms management with payroll and HR professionals nationwide. Throughout his career, Danny has coordinated solutions for clients ranging from 10 to 300,000 employees. His personal goal at CIC Plus is to earn a client’s trust by providing a solution that they love and are happy to share. Danny is passionate about listening to client needs and identifying solutions that exceed expectations.

We have a proven integration with PeopleSoft. We provide specific PeopleSoft clients with the SQRs necessary to create data exports for our year-end solutions , online pay stubs , and part of our W-4 onboarding solutions . These SQRs save many hours of development and testing efforts annually for our client IT departments. Our W-4 PeopleSoft integration requires some development due to the client-specific nature of the import process.
