- We cater our services with real estate investors in mind. We can assist you throughout the search, purchase, rehab and leasing process. We have all the necessary contacts throughout this process to help you with your investment. Please refer to the Investors page for a detailed description of the services we provide throughout the process. Many of our investors want to take hands off approach once their property is purchased. We strive to offer excellent and professional service to our investors by providing a 'one stop shop' for their purchase, rehab, leasing and management needs.

- Yes, any prospective tenant can apply with CL 3 for one of our managed properties, online. We subject each tenant to credit, eviction and criminal/background check, and also verify employment, salary and their leasing history with past landlords. Our application creates a consistent evaluation process for all of our tenants and provides a peace of mind to our owners. Once approved, we provide and sign a lease on the property owner's behalf, that has been vetted by a Chicago real estate attorney.
