CloudView Technologies (CVT) of Oklahoma City is a developer of digital delivery platforms for publishers, independent authors, and instructors seeking to digitize and deliver custom course materials. Charles Thies (CEO) holds a Masters of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems and the CompTIA Security + certification. He has worked for the Department of Defense in assignments overseas as an information technology professional and is published in the Journal of Information Science Applied Research .
