At CMC Traffic Control Specialists, we have decades of experience in engineering temporary traffic control plans for any project. Whether your project is in an urban environment, on a Caltrans highway, or on a rural road, we've seen it before and our licensed civil and traffic engineers can quickly and accurately design and draft a plan to fit your needs. In addition, we can help you with gaining the necessary approval and permits from public agencies. CMC Traffic Control Specialists will be providing traffic control services to Alta Bike Share as they install the bicycle kiosks in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Redwood City. CMC will also be supplying and installing safety devices, including channelizers and wheel stops.

With 25 years of experience in the public works construction industry in the San Francisco bay area, Paul Mikaelsen is responsible for CMC's field operations. He is an ATSSA-certified Traffic Control Supervisor and has received OSHA 30 hour training and first aid training.

Phil Mieszkowski is a construction and engineering professional with nearly 15 years of experience in the heavy civil construction and engineering industry holding positions in the capacity of construction and engineering manager at various projects in Northern California and the Eastern United States. Mr. Mieszkowski is a registered civil and traffic engineer in the state of California, an ATSSA-trained traffic control supervisor and received his M.S. in Construction Management from Stanford University and his B.S. in materials science and engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
